We want to make you feel spoiled. Our customers always come first, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seven (7) day return/exchange policy on new items as long as they are still in the original packaging material. Items must be in re-saleable condition. We are not responisble for shipping and handling charges to return the item to us.
Please do not return your items without contacting us first, they will not be accepted. To start the return process please email us at returns@spoiledsugar.ca and be sure to include the following information:
- Your name
- Your mailing address
- Item number and description of product(s) for return or exchange
- Reason for return or exchange
We will supply you with a return authorization number within 48-72 hours. Spoiled Sugar must recieve your item(s) for exchange within 10 days of reciving your exchange/return number.
There are exceptions to the general return policy:
- All purchases of sale items, promotional items, and/or discounted items are final.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on special order items, these are final sale.
- Undergarments such as bloomers are final sale.
Please note:
- Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment.
- Orders paid by gift certificate will be issued a new gift certificate in the amount of the refund
- If your item qualified for free shipping, and you then return/exhange an item that was included in that promotion, and your total purchase value falls below our free shipping offer ($150) you will be credited for the item less the amount of shipping for that particular item.
