Placing and Order

We're trying our hardest to make your online shopping experience fun and easy. To place an order, simply select the quantity of items you'd like then click the "Add to Cart" button below the item. When you are finished spoiling yourself, slect the "View Bag" or "Check out" link to finalize your order. Simple as that!

It's fast, it's convient, everyone can use it, and most of all, it's secure, PayPal. Please keep in mind you do not need to have a PayPal account as you may now also pay by Visa or Mastercard by using PayPal. Please visit PayPal’s privacy policy.

Privacy Policy

We understand your right to keep your information to yourself. At Spoiled Sugar we will never share your infomation with third parties and will not share it with anyone, unless requested by the law. If at any time you need more information regarding our privacy policy or have any question please feel free to contact us via e-mail.

Shipping

Getting mail is fun, and after you place your order we want you to be spoiled, quickly! We process and ship your order within 2-5 business days, unless it is a custom request item in which case we will advise you on shipping times. If for whatever reason we are not able to fufill our promiss to you to have your items shipped within 5 days you will be notified by phone or email.

At this time orders placed within Canada can expect an arrival time of 5-10 business days from the shipping date, depending upon your location. Items shipped outside of Canada can expect a wait time of 6-12 days plus any time spent at customs. Please not we are not responsible for any duty / brokerage fees when shipping outside of Canada.  

Products With Small Pieces

Some of our products including but not limited to clippies and headbands contain small parts such as buttons. Infants/children should never be left unsupervised while using these products. Please exercise caution and watch your children when using these products as Spoiled Sugar will not be held responsible for any unfortunate incidents invovling our products. By purchasing products from Spoiled Sugar you are releasing us of any legal obligations related to the safety of your children. 

Custom Orders

We love to work with custom requests. If you see something you'd like on our site but in a different size, different colour  - we can probably do that! Please email us and we will work out a deal to get your product just the way you want it! Please note that on custom requests a non-refundable 50% deposit is due at time of ordering. You will be billed for the balance upon completion of your item. Custom Order will NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective in some way. Custom orders do take longer to make than regular purchase items, please remember a mom is making these for you - not a machine!Nothing looks better on your little one than something made with love!
